TradeHub Stocks – Terms of Service

By accessing or using any services provided by TradeHub Stocks (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to our Discord server, educational content, live trading sessions, chatrooms, signals, and any related materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.

1. Educational Use Only

All content provided is for educational and informational purposes only.
We are not licensed financial advisers. Nothing in our Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

2. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves significant risk and can result in the loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge and agree that any trades you take are at your own discretion and risk, and you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

3. Zero Refund Policy

All payments made to TradeHub Stocks are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees

  • One-time payments for courses or services

  • Mentorship programs

  • Digital products

By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to this strict no-refund policy under all circumstances, including dissatisfaction with content or missed sessions.

4. Auto-Renewal and Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

  • Auto-renewal charges are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of the rebill date.

  • It is your sole responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription prior to renewal.

  • Failure to cancel your subscription on time does not qualify you for a refund.

  • Instructions to cancel are available on our checkout platform or customer portal.

5. Community Guidelines

We maintain a professional, respectful community. We reserve the right to suspend or remove members without refund for:

  • Disruptive or abusive behavior

  • Sharing unauthorized content

  • Violating community rules

  • Impersonation of staff or other members

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, materials, and tools shared by TradeHub Stocks are protected intellectual property. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Raffle Terms

TradeHub Stocks may host promotional raffles or giveaways.

  • To enter, users must place an order of $20 or more during the specified raffle period.

  • Each qualifying purchase equals one (1) entry.

  • Raffles are limited to 100 participants unless otherwise stated.

  • The winner will be selected randomly once the entry cap is met.

  • No additional purchase is necessary beyond the initial qualifying order.

  • Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  • TradeHub Stocks reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Any attempts to game or manipulate entries may result in disqualification.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradeHub Stocks and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense resulting from your use of the Services. You accept full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to change, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.
